"The Great Seal" is amazing. "Riding the Tiger" is good for students who want to understand how Vajrayana Buddhism came to the West and the adventures, mistakes and battles it had on the way.
"Ngondro" is wonderful for a serious meditator but out of print for now. "Buddha and Love" should be published at some point soon in English. It may already be out in Russian.
"Glubina Slavyanskovo Uma" is very nice for Russian speaking students.
